Engineer Tinkers stacking with Enchants

Hey, not sure if this was covered in another thread. I looked pretty extensively before posting, anyway it seems since the patch engineer tinkers and enchants stack (including the Mind Amplification Dish and the rep head enchant), with the exception of the Reticulated Armor Webbing. I can't seem to get it to stack either Armsman or a stam armor kit on my gloves with it. I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a bug, or intended to work this way? Thanks.

A blue has stated this is intended and not a bug. Yes, it's stupid.

It appears you can stack it with other Engineering tinkers though.

Well that sounds kinda dumb. Thanks anyway, I appreciate it Now to decide if the 250 armor's really worth it.
