No. gear for EH, while picking up avoidance where you can, but EH is your focus if you're working on progression style fights, avoidance is just extra help, it will not make the difference for you.
I am wanting to start tanking with my 80 Death Knight but with the new changes in the latest patch, 4.0 I do not know if there is a minimum for parry and dodge like there was with defense? Could someone please advise me? I have searched the internet for answers but found nothing. Thank you all in advance+
