For Multi target I use Avengers shield, Hammer of the righteous, judgement, (add in avengers shield if Grand Crusade procs), Shield of the Righteous (to gain holy shield) HotR, HotR, Judgment, etc
For Single target I use replace Hotr with Crusader strike. on 5 man bosses I was pulling roughly 13k tps without any effort.
Talents I went with http://wowtal.com/#k=-bKjZ8M.a5o.paladin. I havent figured out what I want to do with the last 2 points yet. I had them in Eye for an Eye but with its low chance rate I dont think it is worth it.
Edit: I put the 2 points in Reckoning. I havent used Reckoning since I found out in BC that it raised your chances of taking extra damage. I am expertise and hit cap. Testing it out tonight.
2nd Edit: I just ran PoS and took way too much damage and cant figure out why...anyone have any ideas?
I'm a totally noob Pally, and am currently LFG leveling my 72 Prot Pally to 80. But a few thoughts anyway, fwiw:
1. Judgements of the Just would help some.
2. I've actually been tanking using Seal of Light for the self-healing and mana-return. The other three seals all seem to increase threat/dmg only, and not survivability, but I haven't yet found threat to be a problem. SoL + fast weapon + Reckoning is a good combination.
3. Have you tried reforging some avoidance, or excess hit/exp into Mastery? Prot Wars seem to be finding that reforging Dodge into Mastery makes them industructible (Dodge instead of Parry due to the talent Hold the Line). Of course, DK's are finding the opposite, that their Mastery ability Blood Shield sucks, so ymmv.
Here's the lvl 80 and lvl 85 builds I'm working toward. The last point at 85 would either finish Shield of the Templar (likely) or Rule of Law. That's also based on the assumption I'll still be using Seal of Light then, instead of one of the other seals that's buffed by Seals of the Pure. I've found I can live without Grand Crusader, though it's really nice when AS cd is reset.
