My solution to the 'not enough room on the bar!' issue was to make 'help/harm' macros.

FRIENDLY TARGET: Renew
ENEMY TARGET: Shadow Word: Pain

Oooh, I like that! How would that go?

That's what I'm doing. Each button already controls 3 spells. And I'm already at the limit of comfortably reachable hotkeys.

At least I have bound SHIFT and ALT to my mouse so I can select my spells with my thumb. Nearly all my spells got this treatment. Every single thing in the book apart from buffs and Mind Soothe. No keybinds left. Macro space is filled up. Leap of Faith to come. Oh my...

EDIT:
I found a spot for GH. And I still have a keybind for ALT left. And I don't even have to throw in a [spec:1] for the Disc stuff. Luxury!
