is probally the best place, u can create ur own templates, use premade templates and it does everything u would need.

www.guildlaunch.com is another good host. Here's a look at my site www.darksidetheguild.com . They have a lot of good features that are included. The free hosting just comes with advertisements and a limited amount of storage for images and such.
