Multiple UIs on the same WoW account

Hello all - as the title suggests I am trying to figure out how to use multiple UIs on the same WoW account. Specifically, I have my own custom UI that I use for tanking on my warrior and I want to simultaneously use Aliena's UI for my healing priest on the same account. I played around with it for an hour or two tonight but kept running into a problem where the settings for Aliena's UI, copied into my WTF and Interface folders, kept either over-riding the settings for my custom UI or not playing nicely together.

Is there any easy way to do this or am I stuck piecing multiple UIs together bit by bit?
