Suggestions for Fight Duration Timer addon & Screenshot addon?

Anyone have any suggestions for an addon that will automatically start/stop with fights? Also if there is any kind of screenshot addon that improves speed that would be helpful.

The main point of this is so that screenshots on encounters such as BloodQueen can more easily be recorded with precise fight duration included to help understand things such as her bite mechanic (damage done/threat/random/etc).

The normal screenshot freezes my game for 3-8 seconds and really isn't something I want to do considering that can really cause problems in a fight. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

While not exactly what you are looking for, on a related note you may want a death clock to project how long it will take before a target dies based on current incoming damage such as TimeToDie. To not only measure the duration of combat but project how much longer you expect to be in combat while fighting it.

As for a combat timer you can try searching curse for "combat" or "timer" and sorting through the list of options such as:
    CombatTime
    Broker_CombatDuration

Looks like the CombatTime addon should do what I am looking for in that regard, how about something to help with ScreenShots without locking up WoW for multiple seconds? The whole 2560x1600 resolution on max settings doesn't help I am sure lol.

If you want realtime screenshot... FRAPS it. If you video record it you have all the frames. As overkill as that sounds, it is actually the best way to make sure you get the shot you want.

There are other video capture software programs out there as well, FRAPS is still the most widely used and recommended in the gaming community.
