EXP/HR & ArP

I have had a lot of good suggestions with building up Miget and have got to the stage where I'm dammed if i do or dammed of I don't My current Melee stats are:

Exp16/16 was 26/26
HR 169 was 167
ArP know 1399 due to changes to gear,Enchants and gems

DPS is around 5500 and in ICC25 fully buffed I have achieved 15000 crit

I would like some answers to:

• Do I need to achieve 26/26

• Do I need to establish 1400 or 1401 or is 1399 OK

• and is 169 OK or must it be 167

• And what do i need to change or do to achieve this

-Yes
-1399 Is Fine but you can even go as low as 1320 w/ food and ArP Elixir
-169 is fine hit rating over the cap doesn't harm your dps until you are Way over
-Get a Victors Call from ToC10, the Heroic version if you can manage it, much better then the bad haste trinket your rocking now.

5500 dps in icc25 with your gear is a nightmare you should be able to do much better then that Do you happen to have a WoL Parse so we can look at your rotation?

Targets are:

26 Exp
1400 ArP (food/elixer allows it to be passively lower)
164 Hit

Those are considered the target caps, 26 exp is the exp soft cap, 1400 ArP is the hard cap, and 164 hit is the hit soft cap (meaning yellow attacks never miss - though they can still be dodged/parried based on experitise and location)
