Prot Warrior Weapon Choice?

So I have a weapon question for you all. Up to this point I have been using:
The Facelifter for my off-spec tank set which seems to be a decent tank weapon.

However, I happened to grab Mithrios, Bronzebeard's Legacy last night and it is always tempting to use a slightly higher ilvl piece of shiny new loot.

Stat comparison of switching from Facelifter to Mithrios:
Ilvl: 264 -> 271
Stam: 92 -> 111
Str: 42 -> 56
Def: 46 -> 49
Parry: 46 -> 49
Expertise: 41 -> 38
Sockets: 1 blue -> none (socket bonus +4 dodge)
DPS: 226.6 -> 239.1
Speed: 1.6s -> 1.6s

I have trouble justifying the use of the new shiny since it doesn't have the socket. In essence I would be looking at:
- Losing 11 stam (due to 30 stam gem in blue socket)
- Losing 4 dodge (due to socket bonus)
- Losing 3 expertise
+ Gaining 3 def
+ Gaining 3 parry
+ Gaining 14 str
+ Gaining 12.5 DPS

I generally stack as much stam as possible so that is the biggest issue I have with the potential switch. Threat isn't really a problem for me but I always love stat whoring so higher DPS is a little enticing

Any suggestions? We are 11/12 heroic now so hopefully the ilvl284 version is in the near future and all questions will be answered lawl

Mithrios - threat, GearScore

I'd enchant Facelifter with Blood Draining, and Mithrios with Accuracy, and swap them in and out. But that's just me.
