Armory Stinkypantz, Malorne - horde

So my current problem is trying to figure out how to spend my next frost badges. T10 legs, or cape. The crux of the issue is this. Currently speaking i have Oxheart, which affords me an incredible amount of expertise that i can run some 264 legs that are loaded with arp and an extra gem socket than t10 legs.
If i were to get t10 legs for the 4 peice bonus i would loose over 100 arp, and be significantly over expertise cap wasting that stat.

taking into consideration im told 4pt10 is near worthless... Would u make the swap this early? Or would i be better off waiting for another 2hander and swap the legs in to make up the 2hnder expertise
