Merciless Gladiator's Scaled Armor for Honor???

OK, I own AtlasLoot addon and it tells me this set can be bought for honor. But on wowhead and when I head to the vendors they want the boss emblem to get the armor. So is this armor honor or not? Like wtf I want this gear and AtlasLoot lied to me? And I have had people tell me that they changed it from the emblem to honor and you can get it. But obviously I am at the vendor and I can not. So please tell me wtf is up with this situation.

The top half of the pic is the vendor (Soryn) and bottom half is my atlasloot addon.
