Death Knight Tanking

Hey everyone, first time poster lol. Ok so I havent played WoW in over a year, and I only played about 3 months back then. I have a lvl 80 Dk w/ around 4k GS 542 defense rating and I cant remember my dodge/parry. Well I log on and all the talents are reset of course. I need a tanking build and rotation.
