Arms Warrior DPS

Things you should know:
-I've read "The Complete Arms Warrior Guide"
-I have 96 Frost Badges and 7 Triumph Badges
-Due to me not having a guild, I get ~30 Frosts a week
-I do 7k to 9k DPS single target in 25 man ICC
-I am saved to all instances that give frosts except Ruby Sanctum (ICC 10/25, VoA10/25, Weekly)

-My rotation (priority list) is:
Above 20% Health:
-Rend (if not up)
-Mortal Strike
-Overpower
-Execute
-Slam (if no procs are up and MS is on cooldown)

Under 20% Health:
-Rend (if not up)
-Mortal Strike
-Overpower
-Execute (if no procs are up and MS is on cooldown)


Things I know:
-Leather Frost belt > Plate Frost belt
-Agi Triumph Ring > Str Triumph Ring
-I should be only using Epic gems

Things I want to know:
-Frost badge spending order from here
-Is my rotation correct?
-Am I gearing correctly?
-What enchants am I missing?
-Should my DPS be higher?
