Arms DPS in a rut - need expert advice please

Hi all - first thanks for reading this and hope that some will answer in my vane attempt to improve my dps. Im in a bit of a rut you see. http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sh...yst&n=Iraseren

Need more dps - so with NES I hit Arp caps, with 52% gear / gem Arp so should I ditch NES for Hekumi token via emblems / or Skull drop? And / or start regemming all Arp?

Please please any advice, observations etc etc will be gratefully received as this Welsh chick needs to move on..... as being left behind.

For PVE arms, Poleaxe spec is the way to go. So if you have access to an axe (ramaladin, shadows edge etc.) I would recommend swapping specs. Dont worry about expertise, its not that big deal for arms, just prioritize dodge proced overpower over other procs.

IMO dont ditch arp softcap unless you can hard cap Arp.

Other than thats you will have to tell us what is your rotation/Priority for DPS? And what kind of issues are you having to help further.
