hey yesterday i attained EVERYTHING i was aiming for, and now.. i don't actually know what i should be aiming for anymore lol, like i had a list of goals and ticked em all, what do i need to progress further, or what do you see as my next step(s)?

goal #1: itemize better.
you are under expertise soft cap, and you are using NES with 70% passive arp
goal #2: spec out of imp berserker rage
it's awful because it's on the GCD.

if not: do you keep up sunders?

yeah if i need to sunder, i will, but im thinking of completely regeming strength, because id ont have all arp pieces, and also i dpsed higher with str gems

If you're looking to optimize for raiding, you need to bring the buffs to the table. Spend the 7 talent points for your shouts - take them from your rage talents Improved Berserker Rage and Unbridled Wrath.

changing my talents and gems really isnt my biggest priority or goal, its 5 minutes work

in the long term, what pieces am i aiming for next?

Then work on Weapons, it's pretty easy to clear through blood wing now should be able to get Shadow's edge and Cryptmaker with no problem.
Having said that If you do get shadow's edge or Cryptmaker before you get the other Byrntoll is the weapon you want to replace it's trash in your MH and is worthless in your off
