Lvl 70 warr twink

I am just curious if I should gem for strength or ArP. Sense MOST level 70 gear does not have as much ArP as wrath gear(as in less gear has it not less stats, lol). Anyway I won't be able to hit the cap or really get farther than 50%, so STR OR ARP!!!

Str until you can come near arp cap. When you are near arp cap you have to decide by your own if and when to switch over.
