Wodin's Lucky necklace is a 264 neck you can use.
The BoE shoulders aren't that significant an upgrade and I'd probably skip them in your position.
You could buy a hilt and replace your tyranical beheader with a 251 sword. I'd also look at getting a heroic saurfang blade of culling.
Ring of Rotting Sinew is also BoE and would be an upgrade to your 232 ring.
what about boots? isnt there i264 boe boots

Get crafted boots and crafted legs, both are very nice
