First time Lich King 10 man: How to handle necrotic plague when shambler dies

Hi all,

friday we downed Sindragosa first time. Now we are in front of the Lich King.

I, off-tank, face the following problem:

At the phase transition, when the last shambling ghoul dies he gives me all stacks of necrotic plague. I took more than 500k damage by that. What went wrong. Does it have to be dispelled? Single time or multiple times? Do I have to get of the shambler when he dies so that I do not get the plague?
I am desolate about that. I just keep dying... No cooldown can saveme from that.

Yes, after the last shambler dies, you have to have someone cleanse/dispell you while nothing else is in range, this way the disease will just disappear
