4p T9.232 Prot vs Off Set pieces

I've decided to pick up my warrior again mainly to tank alt raids for friends/guildies.

I currently have 4p T9.232 however, is the 4p bonus worth enough to outweigh the gain in stats from the offset pieces like the Badge Shoulders and Crated ICC legs?

My warrior was recently xferred so armory may not be updated so I have included a CharDev profile. Any other advice on gearing is appreciated as well.

Definatly offset, the 4 piece bonus just isn't worth the lost stats by getting the 232 instead of the offset 245.
