Splitting time between Healing and DPS

Hello all,

I split most of my time on my 80 Priest between healing randoms and switching to DPS when I get to tag along with my guild on raids.

Is it possible to build a set of gear that will allow me to heal random heroics and contribute decent dps on the occasional guild raid.

Also, any comments on my gear in general would be appreciated.

Your shadow set can heal heroics well enough, I suppose. I've even seen a priest heal randoms in shadow spec.
