Ret Paladin doing too little damage, needs help.
According to the officers in my guild I should be doing way more damage than I currently put out.
First some general information:
My armory page: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sh...a&r=Darksorrow
My rotation:
Judge -> DS -> CS -> Cons -> HoW -> Ex -> HW (Against undead).
I use AW when it's up, and DP when everything else is not, or my mana gets low.
I have my sense undead up against all undead.
I use Vengeance against single targets and bosses, command against groups.
I flask up with Endless Rage, no potions.
Example: This is an example log against the heroic training dummy in IF, so that I don't clip others nearby. http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/b1wbhhset55e48k3/
I used my normal rotation and such for the battle, I was only self-buffed with might and vengeance, and I also flasked up.
As far as I know, I'm not doing anything wrong, that's why I ask you guys what I'm doing wrong, and how much I should be getting.
Is there a problem with my Gems/Enchants/Gear/Buffs/Rotation/...?
Thanks in advance,
Villadelfia

Same Problem
I have the same problem.. In ICC I do fine DPS but on halion and some Ulduar hardmodes I can only pull 5.1-5.4k DPS…
I know it's not an issue of gear / enchants / gems but Obviously there is some problem, because I have a WoW-Heroes score of 3.1k and an addon gearscore of 5.9k
any help/suggestions

Well for a start, Ret paladins don't use a rotation, instead they use FCFS or First Come First Served. Bascially if something's off cooldown, press that button. There is a priority order to really maximise your DPS (At T10 levels of gear, Judgement > DS > CS > HoW > Consecrate > Exorcism > Holy Wrath is theorized to be the most dps) but the difference between just using whatever's not on cooldown and choosing between 2 available abilities is minimal.
Here's an addon that actually tells you which button to press: http://elitistjerks.com/f76/t53171-r...tation_helper/
i.e. it tracks your cooldowns and prioritises the abilities.
