I've been fury in PvE for some time now and just made the switch to arms. I was wondering if anyone could take a look at my gear gem & enchant wise.

My main two questions are this,
1. I have a Dualblade Butcher and Citadel Enforcer. Which one wins in arms PvE, higher DPS or higher damage?
2. I should be about 20 or so ArP from softcapping with Bstance and NES. After that should I gem full STR or STR/CRIT?

Any other improvements would also be aprpeciated. Thanks for your time and help
