Armor Cap

just a quick question armor cap i hear is 75 %

Should i try to get 75 % raid buffed or just close to it or what is your advice ?

If you can hit 75% damage reduction raid buffed so be it. 49,905 is the cap with buffs if you see that number fantastic. Just gear for EH and you will be fine. (Although if you are over that Cap with buffs perhaps swap to more stam and less armor don't wanna waste alot of stats here).
