tanking bref on spec & rotation for prot warrior

I'll start this off with i'm a tank in training up till 80 i've been all abought def and stam does it go the same after 80?
What is a good solid spec for 80 prot warrior,please list a rotation
like i sied i'm still learning so gear is being worked on. I can take constructive criticism
