Hello, I am not as active as I used to be and am a bit lost. First, I have 125 spare frost emblems, which gear piece should I get? Also, is my spec OK? And is there any items I could easily replace?

You can probably go for 2t10 or buy enough saronite to replace your boots. I'm not a warrior, so class-related advice is lacking. That being said, see if Toravon will give you some t10.

-cataclysmic chest.

with triumph
- glyph of idom, go get it now its only 45 badges

You dont need to gem for str/parry/expertise/def its a waste dont do it, gem stam instead. You should get pillars of might they are very very good tanking legs, like you wont ever replace them kind of good. Other then that level up your professions.

i would replace glyph of charge with command and replace blocking with devestate but thats personal preference.

If your going to keep your current spec then take 3 points out of cruelty and put 1 in piercing howl and the other two in improved diciplines.
