New 80 Combat Rogue Gemming/Poison help

Okay, so heres my problem, I have asked a bunch of Rogues on my server for help on how to gem, and which poisons to use, and heres what I have been told the most:
Deadly MH/Instant OH poison and gem Agility.
The problem I am having is I keep getting some people telling me to gem ArP. Please keep in mind, I just hit 80 on her today, and do not have any good gear aside the 264 boots, and 245 bracers/chest.

You gem Agi until you get gear, once you have gear with lots of ArPen then you switch to ArPen gems. Basically it is a question of hitting the soft/hard caps for ArPen depending on your gear.
