Some advice for Elemental Shaman

I am new on the forum and I need some advice to improve my dps as a elemental shaman... I pull 3.5k dps avg

I do still need some gem, any advice on that too.

I saw only two MP5 gear, the ring and boots, so that's not bad.

I would recommend trying to get a trinket with SP, haste, or even crit instead of the Talisman. Intellect isn't as useful as those.

Your gems and enchants need a revamp. Some are crit, some are haste, some SP, and some INT. Spellpower should be your main focus. If it's a red slot, go with the Ruined Cardinal Ruby, Reckless Ametrine for yellow, and Glowing Dreadstone for blues. Some of them are green gems too, mainly the ones in your chest and gloves. Your hit looks fine without gemming for it, switch them to something with spellpower. Couple of your gems are MP5 too, switch those.
