my dps gear is just a bunch of stuff I have won over time as a tank. Is there a site I can go to that would tell me what kind of dps I should be doing? Is furry better then arms for the gear I have?

I know I have low gems in they are just place holders but my armor pen is at 522 ATM. So should I be looking at str gems?

Why, yes there are resources that can give you this information. Both Rawr and Landsoul's Warrior DPS Spreadsheet are very valuable resoruces than can help you determine what dps you should be doing in what gear, and with what buffs. Rawr can generate optimal gear sets for you based on the gear you have available. Landsoul's will tell you which stats are more valuable for you, so you can know when it's better to gem for ArPen or Strength, for instance.
