Would like some help with my paladin tank?

Ok I have been on this site for days now looking at info on how to tank and etc. There is a lot of confusing info, plus when i checked the wow forums, there was nothing seemed up to date. I would really like to talk on ventrilo or Dolby Axon with a paladin tanking expert discuss. how to tank in a raid for ToC and ICC ten man also talk about my tanking gear. I'm close to getting a full tier 9 set. I know I'm asking alot, but please if anyone could spare the time today or tomorrow that would be sweet. My main goal is to bev solid tank for a weekend guild I formed. Plus i believe it will help with recruiting. if someone could contact me privately that would be great.
