Anything way wrong? I'm gonna pick up the Vengeful Noose when I get the frosties, my ArP is 939 w/o my Hearty Rhino (that I eat religiously), and 41.70% Crit with Expertise setting at 27/27. Standard rotation on the Lich King before his first transition I pull 10.1k - 10.5k. Have not tried any other boss since I went ArP...guild 10 man is tomorrow so I'll have more stats then.

Nothing really wrong since you are going the softcap arp route just have a way to monitor when NES procs so that you can use your cooldowns with the proc.

EDIT:

One thing I see you are using agi meta but have 2 blue gems, IMO either replace one gem with str/ArP or replace the meta to 21 crit, check with landsouls spreadsheet as to which gives you more DPS.
