sigils---at what point do you get he hanged man sigil

I have a general question......at what point, if at any point does the level 264 sigil of the hanged man become the sigil to go to. Is it a wash between it and the 245 level sigil? Is it a waste of badges to aquire it over the 245, or is there a point at which you will need to obtain it to keep your dps going up instead of your dps becomming stagnant. Thank you again.

Anytime your stacks have the chance to drop or will drop off during a boss then it becomes questionable. I don't know the math specifics so that's just a general statement. For Unholy specifically, check out the table on the Elitist Jerks Unholy thread for a breakdown of each boss in ICC as to which Sigil to use.
