Well i haven't started tanking yet but i know that at least in theory im ready to start tanking. I mean i know my stats are at the least pretty decent with my defense at 564, 26.5% dodge, 22% block, 16.75% parry, and just short of 32k health prebuff. Use http://www.wowhead.com/talent#LAM00fZhZVItrx0didczsGo for threat or http://www.wowhead.com/talent#LVZGV00xZVItMx0didcdsho for survivability. Threat priority system is Shield Slam > Revenge > Shockwave > Devastate with heroic strike spammed if you are over 50 rage.
