What should i spend my frost emblems on?

So far i have 100 frost emblems dunno what to spend it on here's my armory link

im thinking of the vendor chest or stamina trink.

or should i save up for the t10 gears? would rather buy the tier gears in bulk coz 1 piece t10 isn't much of anything

Get the vendor chest followed by the vendor gloves. Replace the dodge trinket with the Black Heart. After that with your situation it is arguable whether to get the trinket or belt but I would say the trinket.
