Frost Badge Items - What Next? (Warrior Tank - 10mans)

I've read over the various posts that I've found and Vene's Frost Badge pick order but I'm not 100% on what to pick up next. We are raiding strictly 10mans (non-hard mode) and are up to Sapphiron in ICC.

The helm is an upgrade but it doesn't seem like a huge one over the ToC helmet, I have the shoulders from the Princes so again - the tier shoulders aren't a huge upgrade. I just bought the crafted boots and am working towards the pants slowly. Playtime is limited so I'm trying to get the most bang for the buck with my badge purchases.
