Can we unlock LK-heroic 10 without doing any hardmodes?

10man heroic gear is a waste of time for us now, can we just clear 11/12 in an hour and a half then fight heroic lich king? can we save 11/12 normal clear and keep fighting heroic lich king the next week?

Need to clear the 3 end wing bosses on heroic to access heroic LK.

Yes, you can. As long as you kill Putri, Sin and BQL on HM, you can toggle it to heroic regardless. Even if you extend the raid lockout.
