I am fury dps and i cannot manage to do decent dps, idk why, people have told me dps warriors aren't the best, but even so it think there is something i can do better, gearwise or rotation wise or some other reason. My rotation is whirlwind,bloodthirst, slam and heroic strike.

This why you never take peoples word at face value, fury warriors are topping the meters in the majority of the fights in ICC presently. As for yourself.

1. You are extremely far over the hit cap, and you are gemming hit, you only need 164 hit as fury(horde), and 131 hit as fury(Alliance with space cow)
2. You are below the expertise cap of 26, don't be afraid to gem expertise
3. As a warrior, especially fury, never gem attack power(your gem in your bracers)

At a quick glance. The above post covered most of it. MOST important thing you can do is get yourself up to 26 expertise in both hands, this will net you the biggest dps gain over any other gemming or enchant. Speaking of enchants you ar emissing a lot of them would work on filling those out.

Gem wise you have a couple of options. Right now you are pretty much split between STR and Armor Pen. Both are important stats but you are playing the two against each other currently. You have an armor pen trinket and with that trinket your soft cap for armor pen is 722 rating, either gem up to this cap or dump all of your armor pen gems for str. Another option instead of pure str is in yellow sockets gem crit/str to pick up either str or crit socket bonuses.

One thing that stares out at me is the Hit rating trinket. There are a ton of dps trinkets that will serve you so much better than hit. If you are going the armor pen route get the banner of victory out of regular ToC (5man). The item level is lower but you will see a better return on the armor pen versus the hit rating. I believe at your current hit even the old mirror of truth would give you a dps increase.
