What gems should I be using?

I have been told I'm slightly retarded and suck as a tank. I figured my gems would be a good spot to start. I usually use put +30 Stam in the blue slot, +20 Str in the red slot and +20 Def in the yellow slot. What should I change?

The best advice I could give you is to look up the best guild on your server, or the best guild you know and follow their main tanks gemming.

30 stam everywhere but your highest stamina red socket, which should get a purple dodge/agi/expertise + stamina gem to activate your meta. Enchant for either armor or stamina on every slot. Blood Draining or Mongoose on weapon.

The rule is
in one sockets peices +30stam
in two sockets it is +30stam x 2 the only exception is when there is a red and blue socket then it is +10 dodge and +15 stam with a +30stam
3 socket is +30 stam x3 unless it is 2 blues and a red then follow the convention above.

Use engineer armor for gloves
Onyxias trinket sucks. Get the black heart it is from a dungeon you can do over and over just get it.
Boots need Tuskars vitality
