Firstly; Logging out in your dps gear would help.
Secondly; Landsoul's spreadsheet is the currently considered the best warrior dps simulation tool on the market (from what I hear)... You can find where to find it, and a guilde to use it here.

Assuming money is no object: Get Shadow's Edge for your main hand as you're way over expertise cap. Drop Mining for JC or BS since the extra stam isn't doing anything for you.
You also only have 1 minor glyph.
If you can, grab the leather wrists off Saurfang 25. It's a straight upgrade and won't mess up your hit/expertise balance.
Everything else looks good... just keep getting frost badges for more t10 and if you have access to ICC25 get some sanctified tokens.
