Gearscore not working with Alienas interface pack

It seems like something is interfering with Gearscore. Its installed, I go to addons and its light grey even when I enable it. It shows as dependency disabled or something to that effect. Which addon in Alienas would intefere with this? Ive had it working before I setup her UI. I tried disabling tiptac and that didnt work. Any help would be appreciated.

If you mouseover the GearScore entry in your addons list it will tell you which dependancies are missing.

edit: at the gearscore post on wowinterface it says that the newest version (3.1.13) does not work on non-US clients. are you using an EU or KR client? If yes, try downloading an older version.
