Gem advice on Might of the Ocean, Vengeful Noose & Off Hand

Well just bought the Cloak Might of the Ocean, Vengeful noose and was wondering what gems I should place in them as well as what enchant on the cloak. Also was wondering what gem I need to put in my Off-hand axe?

Was thinking: Cloak :+20 str enchant no idea hast maybe?
Noose: +20 str and 10str/10 crit
Beheader: 10str/10 crit

but not sure or just fill it up with all 20 str?

Good to see you bought the cloak + belt.

Enchant your cloak with 22 agility.

In yellow sockets use 10 str 10 crit. Red sockets + prismatic belt buckle slot put 20 str.

Eventually when you get into mostly ICC gear you'll want to make the switch to 20 Armor Pen gems but you'll see the best DPS returns with Strength right now.
