Need bear gear advice, swimming in too many upgrade options.

Hey all. I've been gone for the last 6 months. I'm in mostly Naxx gear with a bit of other stuff I picked up along the way. I'm starting to amass Emblems of Triumph. Frost Emblems aren't as easy for me as my guild doesn't raid. I need advice on what direction to go.

Since Triumph badges are so plentiful these days, keep running heroics and get the triumph gear. I would also run ToC and get the black heart trinket.

My hot list for you would be H-HoR for the 232 polearm, 245 crafted chest (farm mats and tip 50G in trade) and 251 shoulders from 40 WG marks. The other Triumph/frost upgrades will come with time.
