I am doing low 3k dps any adjustments I need to make? Running mostly just 5 mans.

Gonna get the teir 10 leggs and shoulders today and I was gonna gem them +20-0 str to all the slots. I also was gonna do +20 str to the other Axe. Should I gem them differently? Alos I know my expertise is low 17. Do i need to go back with the Mourning Malice swored to get expert back to 26 or gem different?

Definitely keep gemming for Strength.

How many frost badges do you have right now? I'm thinking Might of the Ocean Serpent should be your first Frost Badge upgrade. It will definitely help your expertise.

When i do todays daily frost I will exactly enough to get the T10 Pants and shoulder. 155 badges

Well.. if you're not raiding anytime soon for Sanctified Tokens I would go for Vengeful Noose + Might of the Ocean Serpent first. Your tier pieces are only going to be ilevel 251 while the cloak and leather belt = 264. Definitely more bang for the buck. I think the tier pieces become more valuable once you have a shot at getting the upgrade tokens, and not before.

Besides, don't spend tokens on the pants when they have a chance to drop in VOA 10 or VOA 25. However, if you really have your heart set on getting 2 pieces of T10 I would buy the Chest + Shoulders.

I am looking for best way to icrease dps. ill go belt and cloak... do i really want the leather belt and not the plate one?

Yes. Itemization wise for Fury the leather belt > plate belt. It's actually much better.

If I were you. I would go Cloak + Belt and then buy Chest and Shoulders after that.
