Enchanting / Chest / Mage

I do enchanting and have +275 health on my chest. Should I switch to something else? With all the changes I've made lately, dumping stamina and so forth, my health is at 19.700.

What would be the BEST chest echant for me, an arc mage?

Where is your head enchant? Why do you have resilience gear? Why do you have crit gear instead of haste gear? Why do you have an expertise ring?
