Anyone have any suggestions on the best kind of DK DPS Spec/rotation?

My guild has been starting to raid ICC 10 recently and they say I need to pick up the DPS or else I can't go and I've been experimenting with Blood/Unholy but like i will have good DPS but when i get to a boss it goes to crap anyone have suggestions for Glyphs, a spec, rotations or any of that?

For blood, I like Icy touch -> plague strike -> heart strike OR pestilence -> heart strike -> death strike -> death coil until runic power is dry -> death strike -> 4 heart strikes.

keep in mind, this rotation I use as a leveling dps blood DK, but is it is mostly rune and runic power dependant, not gear dependant, it may work for you too.
