I am wondering, is my haste high enough for my spec?

I am in an ICC 25 hard mode guild, we are 10/12 Hard modes. I am just really looking for any changes that I should possibly make that will help me upgrade my statistics.

Hoping Aliena has the time to post here as well, considering I followed a lot of her gemming choices.


One last one, 264 Trauma, or 264 Frozen Bonespike?

Trauma is... just... bad!!!

Trauma isn't bad, just situational. I use Frozen Bonespike for most fights, and Trauma for fights that involve stacking.
