Cleave heroic strike shift macro

Hello I have been searching for awhile and haven't found what I wanted. I don't know if what I'm about to ask you can do. First off my heroic strike is bound to key button 1. What I want to do is make a macro so i hold shift and heroic strike(key button 1) now is cleave. I have alot of things on my bars and it would help alot if i didn't have to bind cleave to shift-1 and take up another bar slot.

Make sure you don't have action bar paging when Shift+# is used. Keybindings take precedence over macro modifiers. So if you had it enabled, Shift+1 would switch your action bar page to action bar 1 and never fire the macro.
