Advice on where to go to next

Hey,
I've been wanting to start tanking more raids however I'm always worried I'm under-geared for something other then the raids where there are no clear cut upgrades. So decided to ask in here on what I'm geared enough to tank up to in raids. Also any input on gear would be much appreciated.
