I cant make my mind since I find myself a bit low on dodge especialy since DK dont get parry but loosing 111stam is huge too.

I keep farming H ToC to put my hands on a: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47216 but I'm not that lucky I guess

Use the Essence of Goss + Glyph and replace the Essence with The Black Heart when you get it.

Valor Medal is and avoidance trinket and they fall short in this expansion.

The black heart dropped for me the first time i went in there to farm for it...so since its drop rate is 16% according to wowhead you should find it fairly quickly. I would get the scarab out of 25 man toc and the black heart and keep the glyph of indominability in my bag, that way you have a fall back for the physical fight side of things in ICC with glyph and the stamina from the other two most of the time.
