Should I regem?

I've been playing on Landsoul's spreadsheet and I can reach the 82 % w/o removing my yellows. Should i regem to ArP or remain Str until I can reach 90%?
Btw if i replace all my yellows except for the head and the legs i'll have 89% or 90%
