Arms Talent Tree

So I have been asked by members in my guild to go from Fury to Arms to set up a pvp team.

The thing is, I have no idea what kind of talent tree to build for it. Help is appreciated, with one catch...

I have to be able to pump out 3.5k DPS when I am in ICC raids which I do now in Fury.

Is there a way to do this?

If so what tree am I looking at?

This is me in dps gear (its an OS so it is not top of the line, and likely won't go up very much any time soon).

I have a whole different set for PVE with 1025 resil.

Do you want a PvP spec or a DPS spec? If you aren't a tank I would highly recommend dual speccing.
Personally I found that its hard to get a good arms spec for both PvE and PvP as its hard to get points in survival talents and imporved slam, which is, if I'm not mistaken, a key point in getting the synergy of the build down.

Just looking at your armory briefly I see that your hit rating is insanely high. (18% + precision) I think your DPS would be greatly improved if you gemmed all strength (or armor pen if you go arms.)
